工作职责:

Main responsibilities
1. Work with PMs and MMs to compile international visitor marketing strategies and plans according to the annual target.
2. Conduct rounds of survey/research before, during and after the show and able to give your industry insights & precise demand from customers through the feedback. Leverage these findings to better the marketing work to next level.
3. Produce international marketing collateral for assigned events such as fact sheet, flyer, PPT, etc.
4. Manage English show websites and overseas social media operation, including content update and optimization, campaign implementation, SEO and SEM, to increase web traffic, number of followers, views, interactions and leads generation.
5. Make plans for international visitors’ database management, including enhancement, expansion and marketing through online prospecting, EDM, WHATSAPP and telemarketing campaign.
6. Establish a high performing network consisting of partners, overseas BUs and outsource teams to ensure all tasks are being executed up to expected quality, milestone and KPIs.
7. Proactively coordinate with other departs to make sure the smooth running of work.
8. Supervise the execution for all channels, conduct performance evaluation and analysis to constantly track and enhance international marketing effectiveness.
9. Track and control international marketing budget.
10. Develop international travel agents and partners network in key countries to organize overseas visitor groups to assigned events.
11. Co-ordinate utilization of RX global SSC marketing services between RXGC show teams and SSC team to ensure smooth collaboration and effectiveness.
12. Track RXGC show teams’ utilization of SSC services and work with finance for cost recharge.


任职资格:

Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferred in Marketing, Media, International Business, etc.
2. Proficient English communication in writing and speaking.
3. Good knowledge and at least-year solid experience in international marketing and overseas social media
4. Experienced in international content creation through sourcing, editing and adoption of AI tools
5. Well-organized and good co-ordination and multi-tasking capabilities.
6. Knowledge of database management and customer insights
7. Self-motivated and results oriented.
